Subject: [tech-geeks] U.S. Plans Cyber Shield for Utilities, Companies

I'm almost done reading Cyber War: The Next Threat to National Security and
What to Do About It by Richard Clarke. It really makes you see how
vulnerable the US is to cyber attack. Seems the power grid, financial
infrastructure, and military networks are a mess and pretty susceptible to
attacks.
Now this US announces their Cyber Shield plans:

The part of me that read the book thinks it is a good step.
The part of me that wears a tin hat so big brother can't read my thoughts is
scared.
