You can go a few ways. one was is to use Google as an intermediate. You also can go Outlook to Thunderbird. Then Thunderbird to entourage. I would probably stick with AppleMail though instead of Entourage. You get a lot of other support and besides I think Entourage is going to end in the near future with office 2011 possibly so switch now or forever hold your peace.
