Have no idea if this is an option for you but you might want to check with any nearby community colleges. That's where we get autocad from. It's some kind of massive shared academic license down here. Most of the local high schools get autocad from a giant bulk purchase the college does and we have our own copy of the media too. We don't pay anything for it to my knowledge and have AutoCad, Revit, Inventor, etc....
