Agreed - iPod Touch is the iPhone without the phone part; a modern version of 
the old PDA.  They can sync through the "wire" using iTunes or wirelessly if 
connected to a wireless LAN.  The Exchange/ActiveSync component, IMHO, is 
better than the Windows Mobile 6 and earlier implementations.
