You may want to try again to troubleshoot, make sure you run as administrator (ie: right click on fog prep and select run as administrator). Then navigate to the command and run it. This will allow you to confirm that it exits successfully (without errors). The other thing to make sure is that if you are using the windows sys partition, that it is only 100MB.
