Would this be a 99% chance a hardware issue? I have a system that for no reason just reboots 95% of the time if you go to install a large app, or run up and over 50% CPU (guessing its about that) also every single day outlook express hangs at least twice in the morning (about the only useful thing I got out of the logs). Looks clean of any spyware, and other than start-up issues where the user may have to try to log in a few times in the AM, it works fine for the rest of the day. Its a stand alone XP SP3 system.
