My Sophos remote administration seems to be working now. I added this
key to the registry on my 7 machine:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system\
Add DWORD Value LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy set to 1
