Chris,
I believe Novell has a couple programs that can help you out.  I'm not sure
of the differences between the two and how they would fit in your
situtation.  You would have to do some research.  One is Domain Service for
Windows (something to do with Active Directory) and other is Identity
Manager (syncs accts between ED and AD)
