1. Free - from before paid was option (or at least that I knew about.) 2. Nope other than a few times needed to open sites that were black listed in DNS. 3. Granularity maybe??? 4. We use it as another layer of defense beyond our CIPAFilter. 5. Few times needed to open sites that were black listed in DNS. I do not see a reason for paid version. 6. Address is correction is nice. You can setup all kids of things in there (including shortcuts: type "ac" in address bar to get to school home page etc.) 7. I do not care for the search page that displays when something does not come up...
I use it at home too. I am not sure if it makes anything faster but I have chosen to use all of the smartcache etc. features offered... --Michael T.
