Use the included shutdown utility in Windows\system32
If you still have any Win 2000 machines you need to add a shutdown
utility to the machine -- I had one somewhere I used to include

Anyone have a script or run by or have any ideas how I can pump a script
out to machines listed in txt file to shut them down everyday at 6pm...
this script can run from a master computer and run everynight that is
fine.. but it has to give the option to cancel or to shutdown only the
specified computers at 6pm...
