Yeah - I have not spoken with this teacher yet, but that is my idea. Create a picture and then type. Heck - MSPaint can do text boxes, but the stamps and general interface of TuxPaint is useful - I do not recall if it does text boxes. (I know about Tux and believe it is installed over there in addition to the old Kidpix, but I'm not sure on that and I bet this teacher would never think of opening TuxPaint without instruction to do so.) Alternatively I can see her wanting to print a picture each student creates and then have them hand-write a sentence - in which case TuxPaint is what she wants.
