My problem is that the secretary refuses to put them in my voicemail. She just passes them on through because they know my name. DUH. it's on the website. I've told her about a zillion times that anyone we do business with has my direct extension and my cell phone. The rest can email me or go to voicemail and I'll talk to them as I have time. The ones I hate are the ones who call and don't use basic courtesy and use your first name right at the onset. I usually ask them if I gave them permission to call me by my first name and then tell them that they can call me back when they've at least learned basic courtesy.

I redirect them to send an email. _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jeremy Rodebaugh Sent: Wednesday, October 20, 2010 9:50 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [tech-geeks] OT-Vent3 I know a lot of people on this list like CDI and have had good luck with them, so I can respect that. But do they seriously have to call me three times a week???
