Yu can use a parallel cable,or serial cable which has 2 ends with 25 pin
serial connectors at both ends .These are connected to the 25 pin connectors
at the back of yo PC Yu configure the pc's as host and guest .Setup a new
connection wizard from Start,Accessories,Communication ,Network Connections
> and setup a direct cable connection.

Or yu can use a Cross over cable which is connected to the network
connectors, and setup the network so that they both use the same workgroup.

Cable configuration is attched and note these are rj45 connectors

Try these it works
