waaay beyond alpha-board-101 imo
doing ccid means we can *might* be able to reuse existing pkcs11
modules from opensc but I think it is highly unlikely that this
will work in practice since those were written for smartcards
and not for HSMs
I say we should do the simplest possible thing that serializes
enough of pkcs11 over serial usb that we can get away with
