Hello Josh,

My name is Damon Kosofsky.

I am the Vice President for ATSS, a high-tec recruiting firm in the
Silicon Valley. We have staffed such companies as Juniper Networks,
Extreme Networks, etc.(all Pre-IPO) I work closely with two of the biggest
VC's in the valley as well as one of the best Angel groups in the valley.
I need someone with Microsoft Windows DDK (Device Driver Kit) and IFS
(Installable File System) experiences. I would like to have the chance
to talk with you about these opportunities and see if I may have
something you are interested in or you might know someone who would
be interested in something I have available.

Currently I am working with a startup company developing innovative high
performance
solutions for managing and scaling data storage networks. By combining the
best of
storage with industry standard networking, our products are designed to
radically
alter the operational and capital cost while reducing the complexity of
building
and managing data storage networks We are located in Los Gatos, CA.
(Silicon Valley)

Agile Storage Inc., a file-based storage virtualization play, has secured
$26 million in Series B funding.
The round, which brings the startup's total funding to $40 million, was led
by WorldView Technology Partners; other investors include Foundation Capital
www.foundationcapital.com and Mayfield Fund ( www.mayfield.com). Company
executives boast that its second round, which followed its $14 million first
round from Foundation Capital and Mayfield in January 2001, was closed in
less than three months.

All venture funds have very impressive track
records of investing in aggressive, successful startup companies. The list
of their successful ventures includes many of the technology industry's
largest companies. We are doing something that no one else has done or is
doing. As you know, the market is either switching or SAN. To date there
is no big player
combining the two technologies in one. These guys are 3 for
3 in their last startup ventures including Assured Access (purchased by
Alcatel, $365M), and Alantec (purchased by Fore Systems, $650M).

Do your own background. These guys are good! They have since started
another storage company that is unlike any other company to date. They
offer a revolutionary network switch with a storage component. It is a very
unique product. If interested, please send resume for consideration. We
shouldhave you talk with them and I would like to send your information to
them
ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Please send me all your
contact info so
we can get specific.

information below.

Thanks
