Who is suggesting that?  That would be ridiculous, pub/sub provides  
valuable functionality that opens up a whole new world of  
applications for Freenet.

If its there, it could be available for people to play with.  Nothing  
is gained by deliberately disabling functionality.

It make make sense to do mixnets in cooperation with i2p, or maybe  
Tor's approach would be better, either way, it is premature to make  
any decisions on this now.
