I'm working on that. At least while Fuqid is running it should be possible to 
estimate the _current_ speed of Fuqid's own requests by comparing the Succeeded 
blocks number of consecutive SimpleProgress messages for the same request.

But since requests are handled by the node (running even when Fuqid is off) and 
there concur with those of other applications or FProxy this can only be a 
rough (and maybe totally off) guesstimate.

For reliable up/download speed statistics, these would have to be tracked by 
Fred itself I think.
Maybe some stats could be included in SimpleProgress messages, so clients can 
report those?
