I think this is a good idea. The Opennet part of 0.7 may still be harvestable,
but including a noderef in the official seednodes.ref is like serving it to a
potential attacker on a silver plate (while actually doing the harvesting
will still require a lot of time and effort).

I don't think so. There are always a few people who don't (need to) make a
secret out the fact that they're on Freenet. Take the participants of this
mailing list for example.
