Anything under ascii 32 may be dangerous when outputted to a terminal.
Therefore, as of build 384, TMCI checks for such bytes and refuses to
dump GET:'ed files to the terminal if they contain chars under 32. What
about high numbers? Is it just the control chars under ascii 32 that are
dangerous?
