Change host. A 100GB/mo limit is a pretty old (read: crappy) plan. There
are 500GB/mo, 1000GB/mo, 1500GB/mo, and 2000GB/mo ones around, for
reasonable dosh.

Particularly, there are some excellent deals coming out of Germany right
now, and perhaps some others around, too, if you put the feelers out.
Consider:

* 100Mbps, unlimited download, for 1 Euro/day (though you might want to
add on a bit, for extra memory, taking it to ~40 Euro/mo):
http://www.ipx-server.de/

* "Unlimited" root server, for 69 Euro/month:
https://www.1blu.de/hosting3.php

But even some US plans aren't too bad. Here's 1200GB/mo for $149:
* http://www.server4you.com/us/dedicated/index.html
(They are a subsidiary of https://www.server4you.de/de/v/index.html
which offers a much better 2000GB/mo for 40 Euro/mo.)

For an international project, you shouldn't close your eyes to offerings
from outside your regular haunts. Some of Freenet's German colleagues
may help with this.
