You should apply for at least 2 different tasks in case we have another good student applying for one of them. You should check the ideas list. Whatever you apply for we will help you to sort your proposal out in detail before you start.
If you want us to review your proposals before you submit them then please subscribe to the devl list and send the proposals there. You will need to complete some small programming task on Freenet (a minor bug fix or implementing a minor feature), so we can be confident you are able to code.
