A vote for NetApp

We are a big NetApp shop (Blackboard as a whole) with 100+ filers... I
personally run about 7 of them. ZFS to me is exciting but I don't feel its
quite "appliance" enough to be my main SAN. NAS for me is primarily for VMware
and one filer with a simple shared CIFS setup. It just works, I like their
support, I like the stability and the performance has been fantastic especially
since we started getting PAM cards.

We get pretty aggressive pricing which may tip you in another direction but if
you can afford it... I'd do it.

Good to know. I haven't had a chance to look at the latest issue yet, but I
will.

I think you're probably right. :)
