This is also the biggest win, for disabling the ZIL completely. ;-) Also, on your NFS clients, add the "async" NFS mount option. Very few NFS servers are servicing clients which cannot accept the risk introduced by disabling ZIL. If your server crashes, some stale NFS file handles linger on some clients.
