As much as I hate it, this URL says they have an answer. But I
haven't found an answer elsewhere.
Also, if you put it in a Linux box, I would see if you can set a
switch/jumper to hardware inhibit writing to the old SCO disk.
If you can't get'er done, you might contact some data recovery
companies, but they get pricey fast.
