I've got a home asterisk system set up with a few ATAs that link traditional handsets into the VoIP system. I primarily use BroadVoice to dial out over SIP.
However, a while back I switched to a bundle with Comcast that provides voice service as well. I want to use it as a backup to BV so that I can dial 9 and then the number to route out the Comcast line. I don't want to deal with the digium cards as the asterisk box is in a different room than the cablemodem. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheap ATA that will provide this directionality? (If I remember correctly, I'm looking for an FXO port instead of an FXS port, but I may have that reversed... always had trouble with those acronyms.) Thanks for any help, it's much appreciated. --Morgan
