Matt -- Yale University currently uses ServiceNow as an ITSM platform. We weigh in at around 20K student/faculty/staff bodies. We previously used on-premise HP Service Manager. ServiceNow is actively managing ticket triage, along with self-service components. There is a project in the pipe to dial up multi-platform CMDB functionality. ServiceNow also being integrated with on-premise content management (Drupal) along with on-premise monitoring (Opsview). More details can be found here:
