I'll second StayOnline. We've never used them for C13<->C14 Y cabling,
but we do use them for L6-30P<->L6-30R Y cabling, and also a number of
other custom cables like L14-30P<->L6-30R. We've never had a problem
with them, and they're pretty quick about fulfilling orders too.
