You may be joking, but it's still the way it's going to be.

LOGICALLY, they are still TOR switches. We may have physically moved their 
location to MOR for efficiency, but logically they sit at the top of the rack, 
everything below them feeds up into them, and they feed upwards into the 
distribution layer.
