Well, http://www.k-state.edu/its/zimbra/help/manage_collaboration_email.html 
makes reference to creating mail fiters for calendar emails. 

Since the rules are either "All" (and) or "Any" (or), I had to make a bunch of 
"All" rules to accept the valid combinations of calendar invite types and 
either our @ksu.edu or @k-state.edu domains. And, then anything left over get's 
discarded (which is really gone, not even trash or restore will get it back ;) 

Will have to see if I can recreate this in O365....
