First I want to thank the list for the help with converting PCX files. Here at $WORK we have finally started to work together (multiple offices) and each section has been using their own Calendar. So we have suffered with conflicts, multiple emails, not updating etc. All of the issues you get when you try to get everyone on the same page. I am looking for a product or solution that will allow me to have one place that gathers the events in the other calendars. I am thinking something like an RSS feed but maybe that isn't it.
I have to first get all the products the other offices are using (Google , Outlook, Excel etc). But I want them to keep doing what they do now and get a product that will bring all the events in one palce that a person just has to look at this spot to see what is going on and if the date is open they just update their calendar and it will show up in that other spot in the next update cycle. Now this may not exist but if a product/solution exists where only a few would have to change what they use now then I am in for it. They balked at going to one Calendar where everyone makes additions/corrections in one place so I am going this route for now.
