Where do people think the best place to advertise for sysadmins these days (or
to flip this, where do the cool people look for jobs)? Last time I checked it
was largely Craigslist and perhaps Reddit. Any other places people recommend?
Any places you think we should definitely avoid? Thanks!

I was looking for job/contract back at the ned of 2013, and in the end I cut it down to these channels:

- indeed.com:
They do a really good job at aggregating current postings, with really good search and alerting capabilities. you can actually advertise a position directly with them. I seriously spent probably 70% of my effort there.

- jobs.stackoverflow.com as already mentioned

- personal networking

- local agencies

- LinkedIn

- Hacker News has a monthly "Who's hiring" although more targeted to start-ups, but I've seen a non-startup advertising there too.
