It could be as simple as using drop-box, which will use whatever internet-connection your device is on. Camera takes picture, picture zooms up to dropbox, and is now available to tablet/etc. on the sideline.
I think the solution mostly depends on the kind of camera being used - and that will determine what solutions are available.
