I'm worried Brandon's last point may have gotten lost, and it's critical,
so I'll repeat it:
"...two master NTP servers is pretty much the worst possible configuration
because they can easily diverge. One if you must, otherwise 3 or more."
The NTP folks tend to phrase this as "a man with two watches doesn't know
what time it is."
