moin moin, is there a way to get mailman to throttle a thread if it's gets more than x posts in y minutes?
Essentially, I want a builtin flame war cooling down period. I don't want to moderate the entire list and I don't want to have to have to depend on someone adding the moderation. Bonus points if it can also add moderation points to individuals participating in the flame war and automagically moderate accounts after a certain number of moderation points are accumulated. Extra bonus points if the moderation points can automagically expire after some configurable time period.
