I've been looking at both of these storage devices for a while now and I'm still undecided about which way to go as both are priced roughly the same.
The CX4 seems to be a little bit more advanced in terms of replication and i/o connections as it can support iscsi and fiber channel and the drives are all FCAL based. Where the equallogic boxes are only iscsi, however itseems to be drop dead simple to configure and use and from what I hear about these boxes they are very reliable.
