Ah! I guess my original message wasn't clear.

What I am trying to find out is, if you are NOT going to run anything virtual, 
and just install an OS (RHEL) directly on the hardware, no VM on top of RHEL, 
will it impact your performance, gain or lost, if you disable VT and VT-d?
