I just got an Asus Sabertooth 990FX/GEN3 R2.0 motherboard. It uses a Realtek 8111F (according to the user guide). I had the same problem that was fixed in dev/ic/rc.c revision 1.140 for the 8168C chips. Adding RL_HWREV_8168F to the switch() at line 1149 fixed the problem for me.
