Hello,

The '-e' option to pkg_info is currently described in the following way:
===
If the package identified by pkg-name is not currently installed, return
0, otherwise return 1.
===

However, it behaves the other way around:
===
$ pkg_info -e 'vim-*-no_x11'
inst:vim-7.4.900-no_x11
$ echo $?
0

$ pkg_info -e 'vim-*-no_x12'
$ echo $?
1
===

Diff to man page below (removing a negation always feels good).
