Well, I dunno about moving it to ports. When someone needs this, it is a hurdle for them to get it out of ports. On the other hand if someone isn't using it, then the presense of the daemon causes no harm. And... any relevant changes to other parts of the stack are correctly adapted, such as natano's recent bpf changes. Also, this daemon could gain OpenBSD-specific BPF read/write locking if someone felt like it :)
