Hi all, I have a couple of HP C8000 workstations collecting dust at home. Now that the hppa64 port has been cancelled, my chances of ever running OpenBSD on one of them have gone from slim to none. They're not supported, something with the chipset (ZX1?) that is undocumented, I believe. So no OpenBSD/hppa on these babies either.
I offer these to anyone interested, free of charge. Shipping we'll need to sort out (they're *heavy*!), pick-up is always possible (I live in Almere, The Netherlands). Please ping me off-list if you're interested. # Specs as listed by seller (never verified) CPU PA8800 - 900mhz Mem: 2GB HDD - 36GB SCSI T1 Video card # some details about these machines: http://www.openpa.net/systems/hp_c8000.html # a couple of pictures of one of mine: http://www.weirdnet.nl/misc/hp.html Again, there's three of these, free to a good home.
