I don't think there is a need to expand on security and machines changing their IP address, especially when you're using TFTP, an insecure protocol. I just wanted to stress that no enforcement was done. Here's an alternate take at documenting -i, addressing a few issues. It moves the "no path enforcement" sentence to CAVEATS.
