I checked and bootdevice isn't a bitfield even though it's used in
virtio.c as such for some reason. This should be == VMBOOTDEV_NET.

For reference, the VMBOOTDEV_* values from vmd.h:

  #define VMBOOTDEV_AUTO          0
  #define VMBOOTDEV_DISK          1
  #define VMBOOTDEV_CDROM         2
  #define VMBOOTDEV_NET           3

This means there's a similar mistake in virtio.c, L1877, but I can fix
that in a different commit.
