Position: Windows System Administrator Duration: 1+ year Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Here is the Job Description: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting MS Windows NT/2000/2003 OS Active Directory, DNS, User account and groups, and windows infrastructure Skilled in server setup, support, troubleshooting, problem resolution, backup/restore Performance monitoring in an enterprise environment on Intel-based platforms Responsibilities Include; . Support of MS Windows systems with the focus of server refresh . Evaluate software and hardware with engineering team to determine best solutions for customer requirements . Support inter-connectivity of UNIX, Linux, Netware, and mainframe systems . Resolving technical incidents and problems, assisting customers in the use of Windows systems . Developing operational procedures and assisting with project planning . Assist with various Windows migrations .
