That sounds good. Other companies trying to do business in China have sometimes decided to compromise on such integrity issues to remain in the local market. Because of some of the special circumstances that pertain there, I believe it's important for Ubuntu as a project to make it clear up front that it will always be the case that the integrity of the platform for the user is paramount. If the product cannot be made available without compromising the integrity of the platform for the user, then the project is over.
