When talking about law suits, accuracy is important and I
mis-stated one point. The suit was against Arizona State
University, not Amazon.
I actually think that the university got stuck in the
middle of this because the people responsible for making the
deal to use the Kindles may have not been aware of the problem,
especially since Kindles can be set to read some books aloud.
Anyway, the rest of what I said is accurate til proven otherwise.
