I have a customer that has a Toshiba 36HFX72 that currently has no video and the raster is shaded blue which fades darker and lighter. It does have OSD but the characters are extremely dark and they have no green. The audio is fine. The customer states the problem was intermittent but has now become a hard failure. I rarely see these Toshibas and I do have service literature. The set is at the customer's home and I did not have a scope with me during the service call. I realize I haven't given you much to go on but perhaps one of you has seen something like this before and can lead me down the correct path. I do NOT want to pull the set from the home unless I have no other recourse. Appreciate any feedback!
