Can anyone confirm how the Sony ESI website is currently working? Example, it hard been working with no problems on multiple computers here at the shop. Recently, I have noticed that I can download manuals but if I click on a subject line, I get the following message (the following was for model # KV32FS120 for this subject line). I have also noticed download errors(disconnected) when updating the hard drive/DVD based ESI updates.
