Joe, That set is actually RZ56Z83D8(ends in number 8) It uses the 9-1690 convergence panel only 90 bucks. The following tips lists the IC numbers, if you want to take them and one ohm resistors with you: Zenith\A56M91W9\Defection bowed top and bottom* convergence out and crosshairs do not move.\\\Sweep module 9-1978 Registration module 9-1690\Replace both Convergence amps* IC4008 and IC4009* both STK392-110* and up to four open 1 ohm 1/2 watt resistors near the IC's* R4060 thru R4063.\All caps nearby checked ok. Zenith PTV Mod#...RZ56Z83DB Mfd...08/97 possible convergence Going on service call for above unit. Customer says colors are separated, sure sounds like convergence to me. I would like to repair this in home for obvious reasons. I'm quite sure it's not just adjustments which I am not going to try to fix that way. Does anyone have any info on this unit that would allow me to try to fix in home.
