Need 4 pilot light sockets. These are the bayonet style that mount by sliding on a tab that protrudes from the chassis.
New or used are fine.. These can either have 1 wire or 2 wires on them.
Note- these were used for years on the tube type TV sets & radios. My dist is out of stock on them-.
