The only way I have gotten them was to go to the Funai website and then send an e-mail, once in awhile I "might" get through on a phone call, but rare. E-mailing works best then make a phone call using the reply e-mail contact info. Good Luck! I had a tough time getting my Flybacks!

Was able to find part # thru http://www.google.com but can't find any suppliers that have it & cost so I can give customer an estimate. But if it's going to be to hard to get i'll just tell them "NewTvTime"
